2024年7月初，至合迎来了第八期“Dream Job - Lawyer”高中生职业体验活动的同学们。本期活动吸引了来自上海中学国际部、同济大学附属实验中学、纽约石溪中学（Stony Brook School）、北京十一学校国际部、北京大学附属中学等多家学校的9-11年级同学报名，最终录取了来自上海中学国际部、北京十一学校国际部的同学们参加活动。

In early July of 2024, Zhihe Partners welcomes high school students to the eighth session of the “Dream Job – Lawyer” Job Shadow program. This session attracted freshmen, sophomores, and juniors from several high schools, including Shanghai High School International Division, Tongji University Affiliated Experimental School, The Stony Brook School in New York, Beijing National Day School International Division, Peking University Affiliated High School, and more. Ultimately, students from Shanghai High School International Division and Beijing National Day School International Division were selected to participate in the Shadow program. 

在为期五天的活动中，同学们在真实法律环境下工作，学习并研究刑事犯罪、商业金融领域的案例，开展法律检索并撰写法律文书。此外，多名资深专家作为授课老师，给同学们开展了数据合规、商事调解、留学规划、职业发展、着装礼仪等领域的授课分享。在收获知识和职业体验之余，同学们还收获了难忘的友情与回忆。活动结束时，至合高级合伙人卢昭宇律师作为项目牵头带教律师，为同学们颁发证书、写下寄语，鼓励同学们在未来的成长道路上奋发有为。

During the five-day program, students worked in an authentic legal environment, studying and examining criminal cases and financial cases, conducting extensive research, and drafting legal documents. Additionally, several experts served as instructors, providing lectures on data compliance, commercial mediation, study abroad planning, career development, and dress etiquette. Beyond gaining knowledge and career experience, students also formed lasting friendships and memories. At the conclusion of the event, Senior Partner Lawyer Lu Zhaoyu, who led the project, awarded certificates and wrote messages encouraging students to strive for excellence in their future careers.

“Dream Job - Lawyer”是至合发起的一项青少年法律职业体验计划，致力于帮助未来有志于投身法律行业的青少年开阔职业视野，树立正确的执业理念，培养良好的逻辑思辨能力与社会实践能力。该活动于每年4月举办公益讲座，并于每年寒暑假择期开放职业体验名额，迄今为止已经成功举办八期，获得了多家国际学校或公立学校的关注与好评，也帮助许多学生明确了未来职业发展规划。

"Dream Job - Lawyer" is a career shadow and experience program initiated by Zhihe Partners. The program aims at helping the younger generation in law by broadening their career horizon, establishing correct professional concepts, and encouraging critical thinking as well as thinking through practice. This event features public lectures held every April and career experience opportunities during summer and winter vacations. To date, it has successfully hosted eight sessions, received attention and praise from various international and public schools, and helped many students clarify their future career plans.
